Nothing says luxury like an address in one of the richest sovereign states ITW (in the world).  With a mild year-round climate ranging from 50-80˚F, gardens and sunshine abound in this riviera port-city to the rich and famous.  In case you were considering a move, or care to dream about the prospect, here is a list of pros and cons to consider:

Pro:  With 2.5 miles of oceanfront and 2.7 miles of land border, you are very likely to have an ocean view and a quick walk to the beach.

Con:  That view has a cost: most expensive real estate market ITW at $56,300/meter2.

Pro:  The average lifespan for Monaco residents is 90 years, the highest ITW.

Con:  People stick around a long time: most densely populated country ITW.

Pro:  Monaco has the highest rate of millionaires/billionaires per capita ITW.

Con:  Not being part of that statistic.

Pro:  0% unemployment rate and no income tax.

Con:  Except for the French!  They still pay income tax to France.

Pro:  Annual Formula One Grand Prix takes place on the streets of the city, so you’re practically guaranteed visibility, for free.

Con: Six weeks to build the track and three weeks to dismantle it, a.k.a. Traffic.

Pro:  World-class casino in Monte-Carlo.

Con:  Developing a gambling problem, losing your millions, and not being able to afford living in Monaco anymore.
